History of the Recipie

In my childhood, I used to spend most of my time at my grandfather’s house. My grandfather, Mr. Gubba Simhachalam, was the founder of the famous Rose Milk Center. Rajahmundry Special Rose Milk, Semiya, and Kova later became favorite food items among the public.
Under my grandfather’s and his children’s guidance, I used to experiment with many new flavors using kova and achieved good results. I would place the kova prepared there between slices of bun bread and take it to school as a snack. From there, a fresh idea emerged to start something completely new with a different taste.
Another turning point in my life was meeting a great French chef. She always tried something new, especially with chocolates! Our association inspired the “Chocolate Kova Bun” recipe in my mind, and that was the beginning of creating this product.
The Rose Milk Center loved the taste of this Kova Bun and introduced it as a new product in their new branch. We also made these “Chocolate Kova Buns” easily available to everyone through online food delivery apps like "Zomato" and "Swiggy".
People started dipping our Kova Bun in Rose Milk and enjoying it. Very soon, this taste became popular among the public.
A new shop named “Rosemilk Chocolate Kova Bun” was launched. Through this shop, we introduced many new flavors made with children’s favorite chocolate. My journey of creating a new flavor every day is still continuing…
